Online Personal Training   
Online personal training is a great way to get many of the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. If you are looking for a customized workout plan that you can do on your own, this is perfect for you!
 
Location Training  
I periodically train clients in other cities throughout the U.S. & abroad. The program runs the length of time needed, and consists of fitness testing, setting up a complete fitness program. This intensive includes separate strength training and cardiovascular workouts, nutritional analysis, flexibility and balance training, and on-call availability to answer your
questions. Call for info on fees and expenses.
