The Application
This is simply the initial information I need from you and to see if we can work together. I really only want to work with folks who TRULY want to change, so tell me why!
STEP 2
Initial Consultation
Let’s get to know each other! My process starts with a Zoom consult where we will discuss your goals and what you want to get out of working with me.
STEP 3
Your Personal Assessment
Once we’ve gotten to know each other, I will have you fill out an online assessment which includes diet analysis along with a breakdown of training history, injury history, etc. A part of this is a “Three Day Food Journal” (Two week days, one weekend day) so be prepared.
STEP 4
A Personalized Program Just for You!
After reviewing your assessment and including information we discuss during your consultation, I will develop a training and/or nutrition program customized for you.
